Our Link Governors work across many areas of the school to help develop the relationship between the governing body and the teaching and support staff.  By focussing on areas such as SEN (Special Educational Needs), key subject areas such as maths, science and English as well as student services, Prenton’s non-teaching governors are able to develop their specialist knowledge and understanding of the curriculum and the academy’s business systems.  Link Governors will visit school at least once per term and after each visit, will report back to the Governing Body’s core committees either through a written or verbal report.
