Wishing our Chefs Pots of Luck!

Good luck to Olivia and Ciara who are our two entrants in the ‘Future Chef Competition’, taking place in Liverpool.

Our two stars are seen here practicing for the competition – Ciara’s menu includes Chicken Milanese served with pasta, followed by pear, poached in steeped apple juice and cinnamon, served with a home-made ginger biscuit and mascarpone topping. Olivia is working on fish pie – with haddock, salmon and prawns in a roux sauce – with lemon tart for dessert.
