The SENCO co-ordinates additional support for students with special educational needs and liaises with parents and carers, teachers and other professionals who are involved with them, to ensure the best possible provision.

Our progress leaders are responsible for monitoring the academic performance of the students in their year group and ensure that each student adheres to the school’s high standards of behaviour for learning.

Our learning mentors address the needs of students who require support to overcome barriers to learning, enabling them to make excellent progress and achieve their full potential. Our mentors are available each morning offering a drop in service for parents and carers, from 8.30 – 9 am.
Our health mentor supports students and their families with all aspects of welfare, through the provision of specialist counselling and support.
Our attendance manager supports students and their families to ensure consistent attendance at school. Good attendance is key to achieving academic success. Good attendance is celebrated through assemblies and the student attendance committee.
Behaviour and Rewards Manager:
Excellent behaviour for learning is celebrated and student self discipline and resilience is encouraged and supported by our behaviour and rewards manager.
