Learning about Dairy was in their Diary!

Reaseheath College is one of the UK’s leading specialist land-based colleges based in Nantwich, Cheshire. Thanks to a continuing £80 million investment across campus, they have some of the best specialist facilities and resources in the country, including an £8 million Advanced Engineering and Agri-Tech Centre.

When thirteen Year 10 Food Nutrition students joined organiser Mrs English, teacher of DT (Food), on a trip to the College, they had a golden opportunity to study more about the primary and secondary processing of milk – and having designed and made their own ice-cream and chocolate milk, they were delighted to learn that they could even take some home!
